FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: carrier containing a covalently bound polymer and a surface negative charge is treated with a suspension of cationic bilayer vesicles in a water-containing medium. Micellar particles obtained by aggregation in a water-containing medium of a block copolymer consisting of polylactide and polyoxyethylene are used as a carrier. Vesicles consisting of at least one cationic lipid or a mixture of at least one cationic lipid and at least one electrically neutral lipid are used as vesicles. At that, at least two vesicles shall be per one carrier particle.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the production of immobilized bilayer vesicles and expands the arsenal of technical means that can be used to produce immobilized bilayer vesicles.
