METHOD OF PRODUCING PARTICLES FOR TREATING GYNECOLOGICAL AND PROCTOLOGIC DISEASES ACCOMPANIED BY OXIDATIVE STRESS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61K38/14 A61K38/43 A61K47/30 B82B1/00

Abstract RU 2694225 C1

FIELD: pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry. Method of producing particles for treating gynecological and proctologic diseases accompanied by oxidative stress involves mixing buffer solutions of antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) and polycation, selected from protamine, polylysine and polyarginine, stirring and holding the obtained mixture, followed by adding a buffered polyanion solution of a block copolymer of polyglutamic acid and polyethylene glycol or a block copolymer of polyaspartic acid and polyethylene glycol, stirring and holding the obtained mixture, adding aqueous solution of glutaric aldehyde, holding mixture, adding aqueous solution of sodium borohydride and cleaning mixture using membrane filter system and is characterized by that glutaric aldehyde is added in an amount which provides its molar ratio with amino groups polycation of 0.3–1.5, and filtering system with transmission limit of 90–130 kDa is used, and after cleaning mixture is lyophilised.

EFFECT: invention increases total output SOD by activity and increases by 2,5-3 times stability of activity values SOD in particles.
