FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing of immobiilzed bilayer vesicles by treating of cationic carrier by suspension of anionic bilayer vesicles in the aqueous medium. In the proposed method, the carrier and/or immobilizing vesicles comprise covalently bound polyethylene glycol (PEG). The carrier contains at least one cationic lipid or a mixture thereof with at least one lipid comprising covalently linked polyethylene glycol.

EFFECT: method is more simple in conduction compared to the known methods of preparing immobilized bilayer vesicles.
