FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: building of volumetric modules comprises three-dimensional modules installed on each other by the number of floors and common building blocks formed between the internal walls of the modules. The building is made up of separate sections, wherein each of the sections located on the floors on one vertical comprises a set of modules including two extreme modules 1 and 2 with the length equal to the width of the building. Between the end modules 1 and 2 there is an intermediate module 3 of a shorter length. Part of the length of the end modules 1 and 2 and the width of the intermediate module 3 form a space in which the common corridor 4, the staircase module 5 and the place 6 for accommodating the lift are arranged. The inner walls 7 of the modules are made with the thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 of the thickness of the outer walls 8. The outer walls 8 of the modules 1, 2 and 3 can be equipped with a heat-insulating material made in the factory or building conditions. The building can be equipped with attachable balconies 9. On the staircase module 5, a garbage chute 10 can be arranged. The location 6 for accommodating the lift can be made in the form of a free space for the subsequent installation of the lift and closing the free space of the front enclosure 11. The front enclosure 11 can be made of a decorative and/or transparent material. The wall or walls of the place 6 for accommodating the lift can be equipped with a soundproof coating. The effectiveness of the invention is achieved due to reducing the labour costs during the transportation and installation of a multi-storey building, as well as in improving the comfort and fire safety of using common building blocks.
EFFECT: invention allows to limit the possible number of people in common building blocks and the possible area of fire and smoke spread in the building.
