FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of civil engineering, namely, the construction of multi-storey, extended corridor-type residential buildings with a rescue and life support system in fires. Building contains successively located residential blocks of corridor type, staircase-elevator units located between the end walls of blocks, located in each residential block in two rows of transversely oriented apartment modules, the area of which is limited by the facade, apartment and corridor walls of residential blocks. Along the corridor for the entire length and the entire height of the building is a dividing corridor, a thick, thickened bearing wall. Building can be equipped with a tower-like pylon, adjacent to the end wall of the outermost residential block to the entire height of the building. Pylon in the plan is made in the form of a cross symmetrical with respect to its horizontal and vertical axes, the width of its end wall being equal to the width of the end wall of the residential block. Vertical and horizontal axes of the pylon have thick, thickened bearing walls, the thickness of which is equal to the thickness of the bearing wall separating the corridors of the residential block. Bearing wall, installed along the horizontal axis of the pylon, adjoins the load-bearing wall separating the corridors of the residential block. Load-bearing wall separating the corridors of the residential block, and bearing walls, installed along the vertical and horizontal axes of the pylon, can be made of reinforced concrete.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase fire safety due to fire protection of apartment modules located in a neighboring row, as well as by ensuring rapid evacuation of residents in the event of a fire.
