FIELD: modular buildings construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of modular buildings. The universal residential section is characterized by the presence of typical building modules interconnected into a single building structure, each of which is made in the form of a concrete parallelepiped on a reinforcement frame in the form of a regular spatial structure and contains a floor, a ceiling and side walls. The living section contains modules that form apartment sections located in two lines, so that the window openings of one of the lines go to one side of the living section, and the other line to the other side of the living section. Each of the lines of apartment sections contains two mirrored apartment sections, united in the center by entrance modules. At the same time, the modules of the entrance of each of the lines of the apartment sections are placed one to the other and communicated with each other by doorways. One of the entrance modules is equipped with a flight of stairs. The apartment section contains modules that have different functional purposes and a certain position between the modules.

EFFECT: reduction of labor intensity and labor costs during the installation and dismantling of modular buildings at the site of the construction of the building while maintaining transportability.
