FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for cyclone separation of the gas-liquid mixture flow into substantially, the gas-phase fraction and the liquid fraction by bringing the gas-liquid mixture flow into rotation so, that the indicated gas-liquid mixture flow is divided into the central area, substantially containing the gas phase fraction, and the outer ring area, substantially containing the liquid fraction. The device for cyclone separation of the gas-liquid mixture flow contains the housing, provided with the inlet for the gas-liquid mixture flow input, the swirler for rotating the gas-liquid mixture flow, located in the housing further downstream from the inlet for the input gas-liquid mixture flow, the outlet for the gas-phase fraction opening into the central area of the housing further downstream of the swirler, and the outlet for the liquid fraction, connected to the outer area of the housing behind the swirler further downstream. The outlet for the gas-phase fraction and the outlet for the liquid fraction are connected to the common collection chamber outside the housing. The device additionally contains at least one permeable and flow guiding facility, disposed at the housing center and connected to the gas-phase fraction outlet. The outlet for the gas-phase fraction contains the gas outlet channel, passing through the swirler. The inlet of the outlet for the gas-phase fraction is located at the distal end of the swirler, and the flow guide facility is connected to the swirler. The swirler contains the swirler blades connected to the inner part of the swirler. The outlet for the gas-phase fraction passes through the inner part of the swirler so, that the upstream inlet of the gas-phase fraction outlet extends to the downstream side of the swirler inner part to supply the gas in the direction opposite to the liquid flow direction. The tank contains at least one device for the cyclone separation. The outlet for the gas-phase fraction and the outlet for the liquid fraction of the indicated device get out into the single connection space.
EFFECT: increase of the gas-liquid mixture flow separation efficiency.
