SUBSTANCE: method of producing pellet powder (PP) involves preparing a powder lacquer with stirring pyroxylin, powder mass or mixtures thereof with recyclable waste with ethyl acetate (EA) in an aqueous medium, dispersing the powder lacquer onto spherical particles, dehydrating and removing ethyl acetate. Dispersing of the particles is carried out at a temperature of 65-69°C, after which the temperature of the medium is reduced to 45-50°C and a dehydrator is introduced. After stirring, a vacuum is added, and the ethyl acetate is removed at this temperature at a pressure of 0.031-0.040 MPa.

EFFECT: method is effective in preparing coarse pellets based on water-dispersion technology based on pyroxylin, allows to reduce the temperature of distillation of ethyl acetate and to increase the yield of the product by eliminating the secondary dispersion of lacquer particles.
