SUBSTANCE: level of dopamine and LH in the serum is determined for the patients at the stage of anorexia nervosa reduction with continued amenorrhea by Elisa, and if the dopamine level is 67.25 pg/ml or more, but less than 280 pg/ml, while LH is 0.95 MIU/l or more, normalization of menstrual function is predicted. Application of the method for menstrual function restoration prediction allows to timely choose adequate therapy for this disease that will help to prevent the onset of secondary hypogonadism leading to hypoplastic uterus and infertility in reproductive period. The method has a sensitivity of 93.9%, specificity of 93.9%, accuracy of 88.2%.

EFFECT: method allows to objectify the evaluation of treatment effectiveness and timely predict the further course of the disease.
