SUBSTANCE: method for porous structure manufacture includes a step of porous structure model creation, as well as a step of its manufacture in accordance with the model created by fusible material exposure to an energy source. At that, the step of porous structure model creation includes specification of a three-dimensional space with an outer boundary and an inner volume, external spatial coordinates set placement along the outer border, internal space coordinates set placement in the inner volume, offset of at least one spatial coordinate of the spatial coordinates set, three-dimensional space volume separation, divided volume part boundary specification by a beam set and one or more nodes, wherein each node is the intersection of at least two beams, selection of at least one thickness, and at least one form for one or more beams. Also, a porous structure for medical implants is disclosed.
EFFECT: increased porosity and strength of porous structures that allow to withstand weight loads and provide tissue ingrowth.
