FIELD: additive manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for additive manufacturing of a minimum surface structure of a three-dimensional article and a corresponding carrier. A method for additive manufacturing of a minimum surface structure of a three-dimensional article comprises the steps of: recording an envelope of the three-dimensional article into a computer; forming a density field on a volume closed by an envelope, with densities from the density field corresponding to values according to the local requirements of the physical parameter in the corresponding positions of the three-dimensional article; forming an adaptive mosaic Voronoi diagram of the volume using the density field; forming a first skeleton graph associated with a Voronoi diagram; forming a second skeleton graph associated with the first skeleton graph; generating a digital minimum surface model from the first and second skeleton graphs; additive manufacturing of minimum surface structure according to digital minimum surface model.

EFFECT: production of minimum surface structure satisfying physical requirements for mechanical stress and/or expansion by volume in an optimized manner.
