FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: to produce the antigen for differential diagnosis of brucellosis vaccinated and sick animals, lipopolysaccharides of Brucella abortus and Brucella melitensis are extracted, for which they are taken in equal proportions. Treatment is carried out with 2% solution of acetic acid in the presence of 10% NaCl by autoclaving, the extract is then separated by centrifugation, the supernatant is fractionated with alcohol, followed by dialysis and O-polysaccharide is isolated by centrifugation.

EFFECT: obtaining of an antigen complex comprising O-polysaccharide M and A antigens, M-component inclusion into the complex significantly increases the sensitivity of immunodiffusion reaction for brucellosis diagnosis.
