FIELD: immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves isolation of O-chain of polysaccharides from brucell genus Brucella abortus by acid hydrolysis. Antigen is released from lipopolysaccharides, proteins and nucleic acids by precipitation with trichloroacetic acid and gel-filtration in agarose. Method ensures to prepare high-purified antigen for differential diagnosis of vaccinated and sick animals. EFFECT: simplified method, decreased cost and time of antigen preparing.
