SUBSTANCE: inventions represent a chewing gum composition and a ready chewing gum containing a gum base, a flavouring additive, a sweetener and from 0.01 wt % to 0.4 wt % of [(2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexanecarbonyl)-amino]-acetic acid isopropyl ester by weight of the chewing gum composition.
EFFECT: inventions have the increased intensity of the cooling effect and reduced bitterness without undesirable taste and aromatic characteristics.
