SUBSTANCE: random access method and corresponding hardware are proposed. The subscriber terminal receives the first signaling message from the base station on the physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and receives the second signaling message from the base station via the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or the enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH), wherein the said first signaling message contains the first TDD-configuration of the uplink-downlink line (in duplex mode with time-sharing), and the second signaling message containing the second TDD-configuration uplink-downlink line, the subscriber terminal determines an uplink line subframe in accordance with the first configuration of the TDD-uplink-downlink line for transmission of a random access message, and the subscriber terminal transmits the random access message to the address of the base station in the found uplink line subframe.
EFFECT: enhancing the communication reliability.
