In one embodiment, the device comprises a differentiating capacitor, an auxiliary amplifier having a gain of more than 1, a main signal transmission amplifier comprising a transistor connected in a common gate scheme, a current source, a load resistor.
EFFECT: increase the linearity and speed and also the accuracy of the device.
