FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: cultivator shovel comprises the shank, the bow part, the base with symmetrical left and right wings. Overhead elements are installed on the bow part and the wings. The overhead elements in the form of curved plates are made of wear resistant alloy steel. The overhead elements are attached to the base and the bow part on the lower shovel side with the convex side down by means of bolted connections. The overhead elements edges protrude forward from the anterior shovel base borders, forming a cutting edge. The central overhead element of the bow part is formed with bilateral arrow-like cusp and bilateral reinforcing plasma-powder surfacing according to the logarithmic curve shape on the lower part of the blades. The side bilateral overhead elements of the wings are made parallelogram-shaped with alternately, starting from the middle one, alternating of the bilateral reinforcing plasma-powder surfacing according to the logarithmic curve shape in the lower part of their blades. The plate thickness of the central and side overhead elements is respectively 1/2 and 1/4 of the shovel base thickness.

EFFECT: increasing the needed quality indices of the cultivation process, increasing the reliability, durability and maintainability of a cultivator shovel.
