FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to restore serviceability and increase resource of working elements of agricultural machines, namely for restoration and hardening of duckfeet of inter-row and tilled cultivators. Plasma-powder surfacing of duckfoot rear side is performed with wear-resistant hard-alloy powder produced by electric erosion of wastes of sintered hard alloy T30K4 in diesel fuel.
EFFECT: use of electrodispersed powder from alloy T30K4 as a hardening phase provides obtaining a highly effective coating having high wear resistance to abrasive wear.
