FIELD: tillage machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture and restoration of the working bodies of tillage machines, in particular the tine working bodies of cultivators subjected to abrasive wear. On the surface of the working parts of the base of the cultivator paw, intermittent application of wear-resistant material is carried out in the form of fused bodies of a hemispherical shape and an ellipsoidal shape, having a size ratio of the major and minor semiaxes of the ellipse 3:2. Fused bodies of ellipsoidal shape are placed on both sides of each hemispherical body in order to ensure the formation of a wavy shape of the working parts of the base of the cultivator paw by obtaining protrusions from the fused bodies. The application of wear-resistant material is carried out on the front and rear working parts of the replaceable bit from the condition that it can be reinstalled by turning it by 180°. The fused body of hemispherical shape is located in the middle of each working part of the bit, and the fused body of ellipsoidal shape is located on the sides of it.
EFFECT: increasing the durability of cultivator paws by providing during their operation the effect of self-sharpening of the blades, while the wavy shape of the working parts with optimal parameters helps to reduce resistance during tillage and reduce the wear rate of the working parts of the cultivator paws.
