FIELD: pumps building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pumps building, namely, to the multistage centrifugal pumps guide vanes designs. Guide vanes contain a disk with made on its one side guide vanes (GV), and on the other side is the back blades (BB) mated to each another along the disk outer diameter. GV input edges are located along the circumference with the guide channels input sections formation, covering with gap formed by the pump impeller blades channels output sections. In cross section, the GB profile is made with inlet, middle and output sections. GV input section is made at an acute angle to the circle tangent, along which the GV input edges are located. In the cross section, the GV input edge is formed by an arc of a circle (AC) mated with a straight line from the convex side and with the AC from the concave side, forming the input area with the formation of increasing in thickness from the GV input section input edge. Forming the GV convex side straight line, with the radius of the circle along which the GV input edges are located, the angle α, making from 85° up to 87°. GV concave and convex sides middle section is made by the AC. Forming the of the convex side middle portion the AC radius, is 2.0-2.5 times less than forming the concave side middle portion the AC radius. GV concave side output section is formed by a straight line forming a circles with the circle radius, along which the GV input edges are located, the angle β, making from 62° up to 63°. With the neighboring GV concave side output section straight line the GV convex side input section straight makes an angle γ, making from 6° up to 7°, with the expanding along the working medium flow the guide channel section formation. BB output edges are located along the circumference with the return channels output sections formation. In the cross section, each of the BB output edge is formed by AC associated with AC, forming the BB concave and convex sides output and input sections. Forming the BB convex side output section AC radius is 2.6–2.7 times of the AC radius, forming the BB convex side input section. GV is made as the single part with six uniformly spaced around the circumference GV and BB. Passing through the each BB input and output edges radii form an angle λ, making from 107° to 109°.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of the hydraulic resistance in the guide vanes flow part.
