FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering, namely, to designs of guide vanes (GV) of multistage centrifugal pumps. GV contains a disk with guide blades (GB) made on one side of the disk and back blades (BB) made on the other side of the disk. Each GB is conjugated according to the outer diameter of the disk with the corresponding BB with the formation on either side of the disk of guide and reverse channels interconnected. GB input edges are located along the circumference with the formation of input sections of guide channels, covering with a gap output sections of the channels formed by blades of pump impeller. In cross section, the GB profile is made with inlet, middle and exit sections. Entrance section of the GB is made at an acute angle to tangent circle, along which entrance edges of GB are located. In cross section, the entrance edge of each GB is formed by an arc of circle mated with straight lines forming inlet section of the concave and convex sides of the GB and are angled to each other with the formation of increasing thickness from inlet edge of GB entrance section. Straight line forming GB convex side, with radius of the circle along which GB entrance edges are located, the angle α. Middle section of concave and convex sides of GB is formed by circular arcs. Radius of the arc of a circle forming middle portion of the GB convex side is smaller than the radius of the arc of a circle forming middle portion of GB concave side. Output section of GB concave side is formed by straight line forming circle with the radius along which input edges of the GB are located, the angle β. Straight line of entrance section of convex side of the GB with the straight line of the output section of concave side of neighboring GB constitute an angle γ, with the formation of guide channel section expanding along the flow of the working medium. BB output edges are located along circumference with the formation of output sections of return channels. In the cross section, the exit edge of each BB is formed by an arc of a circle mated with circular arcs that form output and inlet portions of concave and convex sides of the BB. Radius of the arc of a circle forming exit portion of the convex side of the BB is larger than radius of the arc of a circle forming entry portion of BB convex side. Guiding vane is designed as a single part with six evenly spaced around the circle of GB and BB. Radii passing through entrance and exit edges of each BB, form an angle λ.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing hydraulic resistance in engine flow path.
