Placing a plurality of segments of the tread compound of the green tire onto the uncured tire framework to form an uncured tire. The unvulcanized tires are placed in the mould. The unvulcanized tire is vulcanized and the vulcanized tire is extracted from the mould.
EFFECT: reducing the unevenness of the belt and deformation of the cord, reducing the consumption of rubber.
