The working organ is closed from the top by a guiding casing, connected by means of a lever with a control actuator with the possibility of lifting and lowering, and the operating body itself with respect to the pivoting device is able to change the position in the horizontal and vertical planes.

EFFECT: when extinguishing grassland fires, the technological capabilities of the device expand, safety is improved and uniformity of soil spreading is ensured.
