SUBSTANCE: interface (10) of the portable kitchen appliance for detachably attaching the auxiliary component to the main unit comprises a body structure (12), an insertion hole (14), a blocking device (16) and an activating device (18). The insertion hole is placed in the body structure to allow insertion of the insertion end of the auxiliary component or the main body of the portable kitchen implement. The locking device comprises at least one element (20) engaging guided when moving through the body structure and movable between a first position (P1) in which the engagement member engages the locking member insertion end of the auxiliary or main body that is inserted into the hole to provide axial fixing of the insert relative to the end body structure, and a second position (P2), wherein the engagement element is disengaged to provide axial location of the insertion end in relation to the body structure. The activating device comprises a button (24) for applying a manual de-fixing force. The locking device comprises at least one retaining bracket (26) supported by the body structure in at least one fixing point (28) such that during the activation of the interface, the fixation point provides immobility with respect to the body structure. At least one retaining clip comprises a bending portion (30) on which the engagement element is disposed. In addition, the manual decoupling force causes the retaining clip to bend, resulting in radially moving (32) at least one engagement element from the first to the second position.
