FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: reaction vessel for hydrocarbon crude pyrolysis contains the first inner element 1 of the reaction vessel for dry distillation of solid heat carriers of the hydrocarbon crude, channel 11 and channel 12. The first inner element 1 is firmly fixed in the upper part of the reaction vessel, between the walls of the reaction vessel 2 an annular channel 3 is formed, the lower end of which is in the crude layer 4 located in the reaction vessel. A central gas flue (6) is located next to the second inner element (5) of the channel (11) and the channel (12) of the reaction vessel for the dry distillation of the hydrocarbon crude. The upper extremity of the above-mentioned central gas flue (6) is closed, the crude inlet (9) is opposite, the lower extremity of the above-mentioned central gas flue (6) is in the crude layer (4), the outlet (7) is at the top of the above-mentioned central gas flue (6). The hydrocarbon feedstock circulates between the annular channel (3) and the central gas flue (6).
EFFECT: reduced dust and sticky components in the resulting product increases the efficiency and speed of the dry distillation process.
