FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: autoclave oxidation is supplied with an aqueous pulp consisting of concentrate. Autoclave oxidation is carried out by sectional monitoring of temperature and oxygen consumption. In the first section of the autoclave, a temperature of 200-220°C is maintained, and in the subsequent ones - 220-230°C. The oxygen fed to the autoclave is distributed as follows: 10-50% of oxygen is supplied to the first section, 5-20% to the last section and the remaining oxygen is fed to the middle sections. Autoclave oxidation is carried out at an oxygen flow rate of 105-120% of the amount necessary for complete oxidation of sulfides. The leached autoclave pulp is cooled by self-evaporation, conditioned, dehydrated by thickening or filtration, neutralized with lime and subjected to sorption cyanidation.

EFFECT: significant increasing the gold recovery.
