FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: provide the hot gas moulding of the ingot with superplastic deformation at the temperatures from 870 up to 1000°C and the deformation rate 10-4c-1. Then using the ion-plasma condensation method, the optimally selected Ni-Ti-Cr-Y alloyage is deposited on the surface of the resulted blades. After this, the compressor finished blades heat treatment is provided at the temperature of 870 to 950°C.

EFFECT: method provides high mechanical properties of compressor blades made from titanium alloy VT6, in particular the fatigue strength, the heat resistance, the fracture toughness.
