SUBSTANCE: additional alloying of titanium alloy of pseudo-β-alloy with master alloy Ti- Al-Mo-V-Cr-Fe of rare-earth metal. Then vacuum-arc melting is carried out to produce a blank. The superplastic deformation of said blank is carried out at a temperature from 850 to 950°C and deformation rate of 10-4 s-1 followed by holding from 400…550°C.

EFFECT: mechanical, technological and operational characteristics of the finished parts of the gas turbine engines are improved.
