FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used to optimize technological process of superplastic deformation of the responsible power parts: the blades of GTE compressors, shafts, rotors, etc. From a titanium alloy VT8 a part is made by the method of superplastic deformation at a temperature from 850 to 950 °C and strain rates 10-4 s-1. On the finished part, after superplastic deformation, the ion-plasma spraying method is coated with TiC + TiN coating. Heat treatment is then carried out at a temperature of 850 to 900 °C with exposure at temperatures from 400 to 550 °C.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase wear resistance and to reduce the coefficient of friction in the areas of contact between friction surfaces of GTE compressor shaft parts.
