FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: automatic water level control system in the HEPP water reservoir, containing water level sensors and a control object, connected to a computing device including a mathematical model, while a gate equipped with electric drive and a position sensor is selected as the control object, and the mathematical model of the computing device contains an algorithm, calculating the rms value of the water level change rate in the water reservoir.
EFFECT: creation of a system for automatic regulation of water level in the HEPP water reservoir, which has a quick response to change of monitored parameters with the purpose of swift decision-making on the monitoring results.
