FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes: obtaining a location of the face area on the plane of the identification image; determining at least one information area based on the location of the face area on the plane; and segmenting the information area to obtain at least one symbol area. It allows to solve the problems of the prior technology level which consist in the fact that some information area on the identification image obtained directly by photographing are difficult to identify and that determining the location of certain information areas is inaccurate.
EFFECT: possibility to achieve effects of accurate location determination of the information areas and accurate identification of the symbol area in the information area by determining other information areas by locating the face area on the identification image plane and segmenting other information areas.
