FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for adsorptive processes in the gas (vapour)-adsorbent system. The adsorber of continuous operation has a cylindrical body, the upper part of which is made as conical-cylindrical chamber, which has a bin in the form of a cone, tilted downward, with a perforated side surface, sieve plates with suspended adsorbent layers and overflow devices. There is a funnel additionally installed in the bin, which is mounted in the conical-cylindrical chamber, with a gap against its side surfaces. The funnel includes cylindrical surfaces of greater and smaller diameter. There is a perforated conical surface between the surfaces. Wherein the funnel fastening is performed by at least three limiters, connecting the conical surfaces of the bin and funnel, and by at least three limiters, connecting the conical surfaces of the bin and the cylindrical surface of the funnel smaller diameter. And the adsorbent is ball-shaped and has blind radial grooves, wherein the grooves have the form of cylindrical, conical, spherical surfaces or any other surface of rotation bodies, for example, paraboloid, ellipsoid.
EFFECT: allows increasing the degree of gas flow purification from the target component and dust due to the increase of the contact area of the adsorbent with the target component.
