SUBSTANCE: system provides the accelerated drop in the output voltage of the discharge converter, regardless of the current, consumed by the power amplifier. The power supply system of the impulse power amplifier contains the charging voltage converter, the capacitive accumulator and the adjustable voltage converter, connected between the capacitive accumulator and the power supply circuit of the impulse power amplifier, characterized in that the adjustable voltage converter, consisting of power switches, control circuits and the output filter is configured to transfer it into the reverse mode and the possibility to stabilise the voltage at the output due to the feedback, introduced between the output filter and the control circuit input.

EFFECT: provision of high power efficiency of the radio transmitting device in the whole range of its output power and increase of the adjustment accuracy and compensation of the amplitude distortions, introduced by the power amplifier.
