FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: initial battery charge is produced with a minimum of drive capacity and battery capacity of capacitive electrical energy storage is increased with increasing voltage at its sessions. Versions of circuit solutions for the implementation of the claimed method are proposed. In the first version of the device technical result is achieved through the use of thyristors as current-limiting and decoupling resistance of cascades and discharge keys. In the second version of the device technical result is achieved through the inclusion of key bilateral conductivity between the rectifier and the midpoint of the battery of capacitors, executed in the form of capacitive transformer. In the third version of the device technical result is achieved through the implementation of capacitive electrical energy storage in the form of three capacitors, forming a triangle in which two of the same capacity capacitors generate capacitive voltage transformer, and the output of its midpoint is connected to one of the terminals of rectifier input diagonal through two-sided conductivity key.

EFFECT: improvement of specific energy indicators of chargers.
