The taxing operation net is powered by virtue of the first oscillator for the power supply of the air vehicle on earth, and the air vehicle net is powered by virtue of the second oscillator and of the first oscillator in case of not using the taxing operation function, and also the second oscillator is not used.
EFFECT: taxing operation net power supply means reservation.
