Ends of each fiber (2) are adhered to mentioned dimensionally stable elements (8) by means of a strong adhesive (9). The elements (8) are adhered by means of a strong adhesive (12) to the layers (4) carrying the electrodes.
EFFECT: significant shear displacement in selected direction.
