SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for electroactive polymer actuators. Present invention consists in that actuator comprises an electroactive polymer layer, elastic electrode structure located on first side of an electroactive polymer layer, layer of counter electrode, arranged on second side of an electroactive polymer layer, andpassive layer, which is attached to the side of elastic electrode structure, passive layer forms a support layer for attaching actuator to substrate, elastic electrode structure has tangential modulus of elasticity Yel, that is less than or almost equal to modulus of elasticity YEAP an electroactive polymer layer, and ratio Yc/YEAP tangential modulus of elasticity of Yc counter electrode layer and tangent modulus of elasticity YEAP of electroactive polymer layer is at least 10.
EFFECT: technical result is design of a mechanism with actuation mode to create relatively sharp edges without adding additional layers.
