FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: drinking product in an airtight container contains a beverage with the pH of 2.4 to 5.6, pyramycin in the amount from 0.1 to 6 ppm, cyclodextrin, and gas in free space above the product, inert for ingredients in the beverage. Wherein the gas pressure is at least 2 absolute atmospheres, and pyramycin and cyclodextrin are used in the complex at the ratio of at least 1:1. The method comprises adding to the container a beverage having the pH of 2.4 to 5.6 and containing cyclodextrin and pyramycin and a gas inert to the ingredients in the free space above the product, and sealing. Wherein oxygen is present in the beverage in an amount of less than 8300 ppb.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the organoleptic characteristics and the stability of the resulting beverage.
