SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an orally consumed water-based product containing one or more antimicrobial glycolipids and one or more stabilizers of the composition. The proposed product contains: (i) a glycolipid component containing at least one antimicrobial glycolipid according to e general formula (II)

and/or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, and (ii) a component for forming the composition containing at least one stabilizer of the composition selected from the group of alpha-cyclodextrin, beta-cyclodextrin, polysorbate 60 and polysorbate 80. The content of glycolipids (II) is from 3 to 100 ppm by weight based on the total weight of the product. The specific mass ratio of the total mass of all stabilizers to the total mass of all antimicrobial glycolipids is from 20:1 to 2.5:1. A the same time, the amount of stabilizers in the product does not exceed 500 ppm.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a stable, for a long time, orally consumed product based on water with high antimicrobial activity against microorganisms that cause spoilage or destruction of the specified product, for example, carbonated or non-carbonated beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
