SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beverage preservation systems. According to one version, the beverage includes a drinking component, a pimaricin cyclodextrin complex with pH equal to 2.5 - 4.6 and is placed into a sealed container. Pimaricin is present in an amount of at least from approximately 25 mg/l to approximately 400 mg/l. The ratio of pimaricin to cyclodextrin is equal to 1:4 - 3:1. The beverage may additionally contain dimethyl dicarbonate with initial concentration equal to from approximately 75 mg/l to approximately 250 mg/l., as well as a sweetener, a sequestrant represented by EDTA or mixture of the latter.
EFFECT: invention prevents the beverage microorganic decay during at least 16 weeks.
