SUBSTANCE: system comprises cooling devices (4) made with the possibility to spray a cooling medium (8) onto the rail and devices (18, 22, 28) for vertically moving the cooling devices (4) to adjust the position of the cooling device (4) relative to the rail. The devices (18, 22, 28) comprise a deformable parallelogram (22, 22') having a plurality of sides, one of which is immovable, support levers (18), each of which is connected to at least one parallelogram (22, 22'), drive means (28) coupled to the parallelogram (22, 22'), wherein the actuation of the drive means causes the deformation of the parallelogram (22, 22') and the vertical movement of the support lever (18).
EFFECT: possibility of adapting the claimed system for rails with different geometries.
