FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ash collectors and can be used in thermal power plants. Device for cleaning and disposal of waste flue gases contains an inlet branch pipe, a body, an outlet branch pipe, a settling chamber. Precipitation chamber is equipped with a partition wall immersed in the chamber. Lower part of the dividing wall has longitudinal grooves with a constant pitch. Inlet gas duct is equipped with water sprayer composed of a manifold with vortex nozzles. Device incorporates moisture separator with tangential inlet. Sprayers for spraying liquids contain a hollow cylindrical body with an external thread on top. In the lower part of the injector housing, an external thread is made for connection to a divider of the vortex flow. In the body there is an inner cylindrical chamber in which, coaxially with it, a hollow conical swirler is installed with a clearance. Swirl is made in the form of a conical surface with a screw through thread, while the apex of the conical surface of the hollow conical swirler is fixed on the end surface of the rod. Vortex flow dissector is fixed to the body by means of a casing having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring to which two diametrically located vertical plates are attached, connected in the lower part by a horizontally arranged rod, in the middle of which there is a second swirler, made in the form of a disk with screw blades.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of resource saving and cleaning of flue gases by increasing the surface of the spray by using a vortex nozzle.
