FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes turning the workpieces from carbonplastic, in which the workpiece and the cutting tool are notified of the relative shaping motion, and the supply is carried out discretely. Preliminary processing of the workpiece from carbonplastic is produced by surface deformation by impact of the ball. The frequency of impacts by a ball exceeds the rotation speed of the workpiece by the amount equal to 1.0-1.2 of the ratio of the circumference of the workpiece to the diameter of the ball in the plane passing through the contact spot of the ball and the component perpendicular to the axis of the ball.
EFFECT: improving the processing performance of the workpiece and the quality of the treated inner surface.
