SUBSTANCE: in a method including turning workpieces from caprolon, in which the workpiece and the cutting tool are notified of the relative shaping motion, and the feeding is discretely performed, the workpiece from caprolon is pretreated, pre-treatment of the workpiece from caprolon is carried out by heating to the temperature of 150°C with a heating rate of 60°C/hour, followed by holding at this temperature for 20 minutes and cooling at the speed of 30°C/hour to the temperature of 20°C.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the surface-treated caprolon.
