FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing hydraulic binder includes bringing in contact the whole containing cement clinker, before, during or after the process of grinding, with (a) antifoaming agent and (b) 0.0005-2 wt % of the total mass of the whole, at least one abusive air connection. Antifoaming agent (a) contains 0.0001-0.5 wt % of the weight of the total composition, at least one antifoaming agent formula R¹⁰-(C_mH_2m-O-)_x-(C_dH_2d-O-)_c-H, and the ratio of (a) to (b) is in the range between 1:1-1:200. The invention also relates to a hydraulic binder received by the above-mentioned way to the hardened product with the specified knitting, as well as additive used for preparation of binder. The invention is developed in dependent claims of the formula of the invention.

EFFECT: improvement of technological characteristics, reduction of air content in the formulations.
