FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: surgical instrument includes the first jaws with a stop plate at the far end and the second jaws. The second jaws are slidably connected to the first jaws and include a body with a cutting edge. The second jaws have a closed configuration in which the cutting edge of the second jaw body contacts the stop plate and an open configuration in which the cutting edge of the second jaw body is spaced from the stop plate. The instrument further comprises a removable tube for collection. The tube is connected through a connector to the rear part of the second jaws body and has an inlet connected to the rear opening of the channel.
