FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two curved handles bound with a lock and have rack and pinion units. The handles have rings on one ends and lips on the other ends. One of lips on the back side has supporting plate to enable the second lip to move above it. The plate is positioned above the convex surface of the lip. Boss is manufactured on the free end of the plate to prevent movable lip from escaping beyond the plate area when making optimum separation of the lips. The lips have notches on working surfaces.
