FIELD: petroleum industry.

SUBSTANCE: determination method of absorber carry-over during the process of gas dehydration includes reduction of pressure and temperature of dehydrated gas relatively to operation parameters. Analyzed gas is passed through a coil-trap inserted into a cooling device. The condensables of the absorber are left on the walls of the coil-trap. The condensed absorber is washed with the distilled water under laboratory conditions. After that, its concentration in water is determined and, considering the gas volume passed through the coil-trap and the volume of water, the amount of the absorber contained in dissolved and dripping state in dry sales gas is calculated.

EFFECT: increasing of accuracy of determination of the absorber carry-over and performing of control of absorber carry-over at the output of absorbers.
