FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for receiving the water from snow and/or ice includes the charging hopper, the melting chamber, the fuel supply systems, the air and exhaust gas removal. In the charging hopper there are the cam-type horizontal rollers. In the melting chamber there is the vertical auger and the annular pipeline with injectors in its upper part. In the middle part of the melting chamber there are the inclined and vertical registers - the heat exchangers. In the heating chamber there are the inclined and vertical registers and the heated water supply pump to the annular pipeline.

EFFECT: device productivity increase at least in one and half times, reduction of fuel consumption per unit of the water received, increase of the reliability and safety, while operating the device.
