FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: shut-off valve is closed located on the product (4) at atmospheric pressure. The product (4) is placed in the main chamber (3), which is connected to the air cavity of the bubbler (1) and to an additional chamber (13) equal in volume to the main chamber (3). In the additional chamber (13), a reference product (14) is disposed equal in volume to the test product (4). The main receiver (9) is connected to an additional receiver (11), the volume of which is equal to the volume of the main receiver (9). An additional receiver (11), an additional chamber (13) and a bubbler (1) are filled with the control gas from the gas source (15) to the pressure with up to twice the test pressure. The additional receiver (11), the additional chamber (13) and the bubbler (1) are disconnected from the source (15) of the control gas. The main receiver (9) is connected to the additional receiver (11), and the main camera (3) - to the additional camera (13). The main camera (3) is disconnected from the additional camera (13) and the main receiver (9) from the additional receiver (11). The gas cavities of the bubbler (1) and its tubes (6) are disassembled. The main receiver (9) is connected to the sparger tube (6), and the main chamber (3) is connected to the bubbler (1). The control gas passes from the main receiver (9) through the sparger (6) of the bubbler (1), the bubbler fluid (1) and the main chamber (3) into the product (4) in the form of gas blisters. A conclusion about the leakage of the product (4) is made by the number of gas blisters.
